Individual therapy will provide you with the opportunity to speak openly about your fears, struggles, and hopes. Together, we will explore what gets in the way of you having more satisfying relationships and moving forward in your life. Individual sessions are 50 minutes and are usually held once a week. However, we may decide to increase or decrease the frequency of sessions depending on the presenting issue.

The adolescent and teen years can be challenging for children and parents alike. Factors such as hormones, the struggle for independence, peer pressure, and an emerging identity can all play a part. When working with adolescents and teens, I provide a safe place to help your child wade through the maze of confusion that can often accompany this time of life. I also encourage family members to take part in the therapeutic process. Adolescent/teen therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are usually held once a week.
Group therapy is a uniquely powerful process that facilitates personal growth and healing. Group therapy offers participants the opportunity to achieve a better understanding of who they are, how others experience who they are, the interpersonal strengths as well as the interpersonal blind spots they possess, and how they may unknowingly sabotage interpersonal goals. Group therapy sessions are 90 minutes and are held once a week.
