Individual therapy will provide you with the opportunity to speak openly about your fears, struggles, and hopes. Together, we will explore what gets in the way of you having more satisfying relationships and moving forward in your life. Individual sessions are 60 minutes and are usually held once a week. However, we may decide to increase or decrease the frequency of sessions depending on the presenting issue.

Couples who are experiencing emotional distance, sexual difficulties, power or control struggles, or other threats to their relationship may benefit from couples therapy. Together, we will focus on increasing awareness, improving communication, and skill building. Couples sessions are 60 minutes and are usually held once a week.
The adolescent and teen years can be challenging for children and parents alike. Factors such as hormones, the struggle for independence, peer pressure, and an emerging identity can all play a part. When working with adolescents and teens, I provide a safe place to help your child wade through the maze of confusion that can often accompany this time of life. I also encourage family members to take part in the therapeutic process. Adolescent/teen therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes and are usually held once a week.
